ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES IN EUROPE

In 2018, the European Commission and the Member States introduced a joint commitment titled "The 2018 Coordinated Plan on Artificial Intelligence" which was further developed in the 2021 Review. We still lack harmonization, which means the local laws of the Member States continue to apply. How does this look now, and what does the future hold?
