Meet Our Team

Timea Fuzessy Maglics was associated with the Departments of Criminal Law and Civil Law of the Supreme Court of Hungary for six years. Thereafter, she started her own law firm in 2001 to exclusively represent medium and large-size enterprises. Dr. Fuzessy has significant experience in the practice areas of contract law, labor and employment law, and real estate law. She has also been active in the motion picture industry where she represents Hungarian and international productions and international distributors. She utilizes her qualification in healthcare law by providing legal services for Hungarian and international private healthcare service providers and in assignments related to licensing and R&D.

She has been an adjunct professor at the Department of Hungarian State and History of Eötvös Lóránd University Faculty of Law and Political Sciences for over 20 years.

Tímea completed her legal studies at Eötvös Lóránd University Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in Budapest. During her studies she spent one semester at the University of Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, as the recipient of a research scholarship. Following graduation, she acquired her LL.M. degree in healthcare law from the ELTE Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies.

She is an attorney member of the Budapest Bar Association. 

Her working languages are Hungarian and English.
