About Anita Udvardi, LL.M.
Anita Udvardi worked at the Hungarian Competition Authority where she held several positions. As the head of the Antitrust Department she dealt with antitrust cases and earlier as the deputy head of the Consumer Protection Department she was responsible for investigating pharmaceutical, food supplements and medical devices advertisement.
Prior to the Hungarian Competition Authority positions, Anita was the head of the Legal Department at the Health Insurance Supervisory Authority where she dealt with the supervision of pharmaceutical promotion and appeals level reimbursement cases.
Anita graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in Budapest with a J.D. degree and later earned an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from the Universität Wien. She also completed post-graduate studies at Eötvös Loránd University specializing in legislative drafting and at Pázmány Péter Catholic University specializing in European Law.
In her work she focuses on pharmaceutical, healthcare, competition, and consumer protection matters.
Her working languages are Hungarian and English.
